Walt Disney World is a perfect destination for your entire family, even the littlest members. Here are some of the best activities for your toddlers at Magic Kingdom.

Dumbo the Flying Elephant

Magic Kingdom is the best theme park hands down for toddlers and their parents because so many attractions have no height requirement. Dumbo the Flying Elephant is a must for any little one and offers a gentle experience with great views of Fantasyland.

Tip: Haunted Mansion and Pirates of the Caribbean have no height requirement, but it may be spooky for toddlers. Be sure your little one will feel comfortable on any ride you choose.

Tom Sawyer Island

A perfect spot to let your toddler roam around, Tom Sawyer Island is full of nooks and crannies to explore. The island is accessible by small rafts that are a fun ride in themselves, and toddlers will have a great time pretending they are venturing out into the wild unknown. It’s an ideal place for slowly following around your little one without the fear of large crowds.

Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade

One of the best parades ever to roll down Main Street, USA, Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade is a great way for your little one to see many of their favorite Disney characters. The catchy music, amazing floats, and fun characters will have your toddler clapping, waving, and smiling from ear to ear.

Tip: Most guests like to watch the parade on Main Street, USA, but a much less crowded spot is in Frontierland and Liberty Square towards the beginning of the parade route.

Baby Care Centers

Calm down from the hustle and bustle of the Magic Kingdom at the Baby Care Center. Here you can enjoy a quiet space to feed your little one with a kitchen equipped with a microwave, oven, sink, and high chairs. You can also purchase formula, baby food, diapers and other necessities to make sure everyone is happy and comfy.

Meet Disney Characters

Some of the best experiences at Walt Disney World can come from the short interaction your toddler has with the Disney Characters. Magic Kingdom gives children the opportunity to meet Disney Princesses, Winnie the Pooh, Mickey Mouse, and many others. If your child is not too shy, make some time to take a photo with one of their Disney heroes.

Splash Mountain Playground

Disney really excels at creating fun alternative experiences for kids while older family members enjoy more thrilling attractions. While the rest of your family gets wet riding Splash Mountain, your toddler can have fun with the other little children waiting at the nearby Splash Mountain Playground.

Casey Jr. Soak ‘N’ Splash

Head to the back of Fantasyland in the Storybook Circus section to find this fun activity. Casey Jr. Soak ‘N’ Splash is a great way for your toddler to beat the heat and have some fun playing in the splish splash of water jets and cannons.
